The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have announced that they will organise a testimonial for Super Eagles goalkeeper, Vincent Enyeama.
Enyeama,33, who has made 101 appearances for the Super Eagles, briefly quit the national team after a bust up with national team coach, Sunday Oliseh. But after the intervention of the NFF chairman, Amaju Pinnick, Enyeama made a U-turn and reversed his decision and has since apologised for his actions.
Pinnick revealed that Enyeama deserved a befitting testimonial in appreciation for the 13 years of service he has rendered to the nation. He also stated that whether Enyeama chooses to remain with the Super Eagles or not, Enyeama deserves a testimonial. He added that Enyeama didn't have to leave the Super Eagles under acrimonious circumstances after all the good work he has done for over a decade.
