Sepp Blatter is currently appealing his 90 day suspension from his position by FIFA.
He has been suspended while the FIFA ethics committee investigate corruption allegations against him. Blatter has continually denied any wrong doing.
On Thursday, Blatter, along with Secretary General Jerome Valcke and Vice President Michel Platini were suspended. They all maintain their innocence.
Blatter's adviser, Klaus Stohlker, said: "He has appealed already to FIFA's appeal committee. He is defending his position and he is sure that he will be found not guilty".
Blatter is also seeking to overturn the ban.
The FIFA ethics committee began its investigation of Blatter after the Swiss Attorney General opened criminal proceedings against Blatter.
Blatter is alleged to have made 'disloyal payments' to Michel Platini, a contract unfavourable to Blatter.
